The most exciting, fastest developing resort area in the
world, Dubai is THE new destination for the 21st Century.
Its been made famous by the man-made islands of The Palm,
the eighth wonder of the world, and it currently has the worlds
tallest building and the worlds first undersea hotel under
construction. State-of-the-art attractions include an amazing
indoor ski centre. With year-round sunshine and miles of lovely
beaches, Dubai is made for fabulous holidays. Dubai is only
one of 7 Emirates in the UAE and we feature 2 more, Ras Al
Khaimah and Fujairah. These places offer great value for money
and are quieter than Dubai, but still offer great hotels and

If golf buggies with global positioning systems sounds like
a far-fetched notion, think again. In Dubai, its par for the
course. Designed by world-famous golfers with a no expense
spared ethos, Dubai has lots of fantastic courses that are
a pleasure just to step onto. Virgin Holidays can pre-book
tee times for you at 2 excellent courses. The Desert Course
is a Californian-style par-72 designed by Ian Baker-Finch
and the Montgomerie (designed by guess who?), is built in
the style of a traditional Scottish links course. Whats more,
Virgin Atlantic will allow an additional 10kg of luggage per
person for the carriage of golf clubs, FREE of charge! |

Be guided through Dubais myriad shopping opportunities and
for a different angle on the citys skyline, cruise the creek
in a traditional wooden dhow, either in the sunshine or the
moonlight. Out of town, hit the sand dunes on a 4-wheel drive
adventure, journeying to a Bedouin-style camp where youll
enjoy a traditional Arab feast with entertainment from a belly
dancer. We offer all these tours and more. |

Dubai is a great place to take your kids. Most hotels have
well organised kids clubs with all kinds of facilities, day
and night, to keep them happy. Lots of hotels are on the long
swathe of Jumeirah Beach, with its calm, shallow, warm waters
(most hotels that arent on the beach have shuttles to it).
The hotels sporting facilities tend to be state-of-the-art.
Away from the hotels, theyll love the new snow dome, and dont
forget the fantastic Wild Wadi water park with its 23 adrenalin-pumping
rides.
